This is a list of spoofs/references/parodies of The Ren & Stimpy Show from other television shows, networks, and movies.

Tiny Toons' Spring BreakEdit

  • Parody versions of the characters, a chicken and squirrel called "Rank and Stumpy", they appear alongside Beaver and Big-Head, who they are parodies of Beavis and Butthead.

The SimpsonsEdit

  • The episode, "Brother from the Same Planet" features a scene where Bart and his "big brother" Tom watch an episode of Ren & Stimpy.
  • In "The Front", one of the nominees at the Animation Awards is the season premiere of Ren & Stimpy. The clip shown is just a blank screen with the text "Clip Not Done Yet", a jab at the show's constant production delays. It is to mainly make fun on John Kricfalusi's slow production on the show.
  • In "Another Simpsons Clip Show", Lisa mentions that the "new episode" of Itchy & Scratchy she and Bart watched fro earlier is mostly re-composited to material from older shows (which the episode itself actually is), saying that "Ren & Stimpy do it all the time". Marge then says "Yes, and when was the last time you heard somebody talk about Ren & Stimpy?".

Rocko's Modern LifeEdit

  • The series background music was similar to The Ren and Stimpy Show.
  • Ron Hauge and Vince Calandra also worked on the show.

Dexter's LabortoryEdit

  • In the episode "Chicken Scratch", Dexter acts like Ren and Dee Dee acts like Simpy at one point.

Garfield & Friends Edit

  • In the episode "The Incredibly Stupid Swamp Monster", while Roy Rooster is on the phone looking for a new show to cast a role in, he says "What about cable? I hear they're considering doing a funny version of Ren & Stimpy," referring to a Hanna-Barbera cartoon called, "2 Stupid Dogs".
