Muddy Mudskipper is a mudskipper fish who has his own primetime television show that Stimpy regularly watches, he is a light brown fish with blue lips and fins and is shown constantly smoking a cigar, he is voiced by Harris Peet,he first appeared in The Big Shot with Stimpy writing a poem to his show and becoming a tv star as a result, in Powdered Toastman he is shown as a villain who kidnaps the pope and plans to blow him up with a keg of dynamite that Powered Toastman ties him to and leaves him to die, he is seen in many cameos throughout the series with his last appearance being in Terminal Stimpy in which Stimpy accidentally hits his car and he reveals to him that his wounds are fatal and has him fill out many requests for him his last request being to be skipped across the road into the pond but he ends up being hit by a bus.
