Mimby is shown to not speak very much, oftentimes being soft-spoken. She is shown to be very gluttonous, having a massive appetite, as she was shown to eat the clam drip her and Muddy brought.

- Muddy Mudskipper - Muddy has a new wife in the episode, "Jerry the Bellybutton Elf", and he brings her to the party that Ren is hosting.
Events of "Jerry the Bellybutton Elf"[]
After the party was over, Muddy goes out to warm up the car. While Mimby waits, she turns around to see Stimpy's bellybutton and picks it up. She throws it in her mouth, chews, swallows, and burps. The show ends with her giggling.
